<p>According to the BS 3632 Mobile Home Build Specification, they will never be net zero. If a building company&nbsp;claims to be net zero, it must meet the net zero standard&#8217;s specific standards. Because BS 3632 does not meet those conditions, it cannot be considered net zero. Which is false advertising. BS 3632 is a terrible construction type, it is low in insulation, and come 2030, the UK government will not be able to justify this amount of wasted energy. It will mean that the building does not come up to Net Zero, and as it is a Holiday Unit, the government will come up with a stealth tax, as they can not justify this build type and the carbon footprint that mobile homes, park homes leave. If we look at how the government is hitting owners with second homes, Second-home owners face paying&nbsp;<strong>twice the amount of council tax under new laws set to hit nearly half of properties</strong>, The Government is preparing to hand local authorities the power to increase the amount of council tax that can be charged on second homes.</p>

<p>The government, using Climate Change allows them to tax, tax , tax, so it&#8217;s always good to look down the road.<br>There are <strong>365,000</strong>&nbsp;caravan holiday homes in the UK, plus an additional 100,000 residential park homes, all of these buildings have  zero requirements, and no doubt will be hit with a second home tax, and new carbon tax, and the Holiday companies will be hit also with huge carbon bills, due to the poor insulation that these buildings are built to. they were never supposed to last, they are a theft building, like timeshare.</p>



<p>The BS 3632 is the worst type of construction to house people in the UK and is roughly equivalent to buying a highly insulated top end shed. The structure is not very sturdy or resistant to wind or dampness. Furthermore, the insulation supplied by this form of building is insufficient to meet the net zero standard&#8217;s very low minimums.</p>

Buildings of this sort are not intended to gain in value and may depreciate. As a result, buying a building designed with this sort of construction could be a costly error.</p>



<p>It is also difficult to use steel-framed construction. Steel-framed structures are less fire resistant than traditional construction, and their steel frames might contribute to increased noise levels in the surrounding region. Furthermore, because steel-framed houses are designated as non-standard construction, acquiring a mortgage for one is difficult, and the assistance of a specialist broker is frequently required.</p>

These structures are a bad alternative for anyone wishing to invest in their property due to their insulation, strength, fire resistance, and potential depreciation. Furthermore, steel-framed construction is not suggested because of higher noise levels, lower fire resistance, and the difficulties in securing a mortgage.</p>
