A few months ago, some investment company guys ( no names) asked me about Net Zero Park Home Buildings, and how it would work, so we spoke over many days, and the conversation was amazing, as I had guys that were what I thought serious about offering quality buildings to their customers, which are designed and very fit for purpose,( massively insulated) fitted out with ground heat source pumps, batteries, panels, etc, we were talking about a project that was for 15 units to start with, so my guys and I worked out all the information they needed to take this to park homeowners, one of our buildings that has an amazing spec, and is very very fit for purpose, built on a very expensive complete house line, so the buildings comes in premade panels, and can be manufactured very quickly and it would be easy to make a building, fully each day, possibly 2 if we put on double shift.

So where did it all go wrong, I was told they only wanted it with basic insulation and materials and they would then lie and say that it was an A not a C, (that it was a higher specification than it really was). And to me, they are low life criminals, as the cost of these buildings is not a £1. That’s when I deleted names, numbers and chats, emails etc.
I want better for humanity, not lies and deceit. I have for years since my own mother lost £60.000 on a Park Home, which was only 7 years old, wanted this industry to change and for it to be an investment for our parents, not a loss of hundreds of £1000’s. there is absolutely no reason why Park Homes, or Homes in general must be manufactured to such a low standard, because it’s not price, our buildings are extremely low cost if you add in what you get back from them.


it’s about the taxes the government is stealing from you with every step of your life.
So why would they want to promote free energy for your home, car etc? Why? Your heating free, your aircon free, your electric bill free? It’s not in their benefit.
All gas and electricity has Value Added Tax (VAT) added to it by the government. This is set at 5% and is the same across all suppliers.
So taking that into account, why would they want you to manufacture your own electricity? They don’t.

It’s all about greed, the road ahead in the UK is filed with snakes, and thieves and when only when we get rid of the house of lords and this corrupt government in whole, and restart with an open fair, honest hand, will there be housing that is fit for purpose. According to the BS 3632 Mobile Home Build Specification, they will never be net zero. If a building company claims to be net zero, it must meet the net zero standard’s specific standards. Because BS 3632 does not meet those conditions, it cannot be considered net zero. Which is false advertising. BS 3632 is a terrible construction type, it is low in insulation, and come 2030, the UK government will not be able to justify this amount of wasted energy. It will mean that the building does not come up to Net Zero, and as it is a Holiday Unit, the government will come up with a stealth tax, as they can not justify this build type and the carbon footprint that mobile homes, park homes leave. If we look at how the government is hitting owners with second homes, Second-home owners face paying twice the amount of council tax under new laws set to hit nearly half of properties, The Government is preparing to hand local authorities the power to increase the amount of council tax that can be charged on second homes.

Misinterpreting terminology in online content  is a criminal act that can and will result in fines, imprisonment, or both.
So when I see this on a major manufacturer’s website, i get seriously angry. (Built to BS3632 residential standard) ( excuse my language, but what the fuck does that mean, Residential Standard, that means Net Zero,now, quality, A class, fitted with a huge amount of solar panels, that run a ground heat source pump, which combined with batteries etc, give you a Net Zero energy bill at the end of each year, and yes Factory Cabins can offer this, but ,highly insulated, triple glazed, is written on one of the largest websites in the UK that sells this terrible, pricey rubbish; you may ask, Where is the lie? Using the word residential, the BS 3632 is not residential, and using that terminology for this product is liable.

Why am I so unhappy about this build type? Because it allows the government to steal enormous amounts of taxes from you and the companies that own the parks, where you have no rights, and you must pay monthly for this and that, and because your Van is heated by gas or electric, which costs you massively in winter, and in the summer your air conditioner is on full time because you need to stop your BS3632 from turning into a sauna.

At the end of its very short life, it will be worthless and end up being shipped to other countries. I bet a few of you are asking why other countries, because scrapping a mobile home costs a lot of money, and many parts are completely nature friendly, so they sell it for 2–3 thousand, and the Baltic and Romanian, Eastern Bloc countries, buy them and use them in the woods for places to stay, but they clad them in about 600 mm of some very cheap insulation, ripped out the windows, and added cheap triple glazing instead.
